Detailed Design of Structural Recovery of the Ancient former Tobacco Complex Porto Marghera, Venice.

The project has as its object the structural and architectural recovery of the portion of the building called ex Tobacco Warehouse (building on the Marghera side), at the Sali pier in Porto Marghera in Venice, builtin the 20s of the last century, with reinforced concrete beam-pillar frame and masonry infills. The project envisages demolition with subsequent faithful reconstruction, for a volume of about 25%, of the building called Greggi Botti (Venice side) originally intended for the storage of Monopoly Salts.
